What rights are guaranteed by Pennsylvania's open meetings and open records laws, sometimes called "Sunshine Laws"? How are the rules enforced? What are possible exceptions to the Sunshine Laws? How can government officials work to be more open with the public, and how can the public get involved to hold officials accountable?
