A Monroeville man is being held in the Allegheny County Jail without bond in connection with the fatal shooting Sept. 1 of two sisters inside a home in lower 10th Ward.
McKeesport police said Kylee S. Lankford, 19, was arrested by North Versailles Twp. police on a warrant obtained by Allegheny County in connection with the deaths of Melodie Robb, 52, and Kimberly Lesko, 55.
A third person was seriously wounded in what police said was a burglary turned violent.
Lankford was arraigned early Wednesday morning in Allegheny County night court by Magisterial District Judge Edward Tibbs on charges of homicide, aggravated assault, robbery, conspiracy and burglary.
Miras M. Kelly II, 19, of McKeesport was arrested Sept. 7 and is also charged by Allegheny County police with criminal homicide, burglary, robbery, conspiracy and aggravated assault in connection with the deaths of Robb and Lesko.
A formal arraignment on the charges has not yet been scheduled, according to court officials.

Three people from Duquesne have been sentenced to nine months in prison and three years' probation after defying a federal court order.
Shane Brooks, 30; Victoria Morgan, 32; and Bobby Rodgers, 48; all of Duquesne, and Khayri Battle, 36, of Newark, N.J., received the sentences for contempt of court last week from U.S. District Judge Reggie B. Walton, said a spokeswoman for Soo C. Song, acting U.S. Attorney in Pittsburgh.
The four had been granted immunity from prosecution in exchange for testifying against accused drug traffickers Anthony Pryor and Lance Yarbough, the spokeswoman said. But the four refused to testify at the trial.

One man has been arrested and another suspect is wanted in connection with a shooting in lower 10th Ward that left two people dead and another seriously wounded.
Miras M. Kelly II, 19, of McKeesport is charged with criminal homicide, burglary, robbery, conspiracy and aggravated assault in connection with the deaths of Melodie Robb, 52, and Kimberly Lesko, 55, said Allegheny County police Sgt. Scott Scherer in a prepared statement.
Also wanted in connection with the shooting is Kylee S. Lankford, 19, of Monroeville. Police said Lankford (shown below) is 5-feet-9 and weighs approximately 150 pounds, and is considered armed and dangerous.
Kelly has surrendered to police and is being held in the Allegheny County Jail pending a preliminary hearing, Scherer said.

A man from Pittsburgh's West End is being held in Allegheny County Jail in lieu of $75,000 bond after police charged him in connection with a bank robbery in Homestead.
Christian Moore, 27, faces a preliminary hearing Sept. 13 before Magisterial District Judge Thomas Torkowsky in Munhall.
Allegheny County police said a man entered the First National Bank branch at 116 W. Eighth Ave. in Homestead at 1:40 p.m. Tueaday and gave a bank teller a note demanding money. The note said the man was armed.
Police said the bank robber was given "an unknown amount of money" and then fled on foot.

Allegheny County sheriff's deputies arrested 20 people with outstanding warrants during a sweep of city neighborhoods Thursday.
Chief Deputy Kevin Kraus said the sweep was conducted with the assistance of FBI agents and McKeesport police. Suspects were wanted both on criminal charges and for failing to pay child support, Kraus said.
In addition, while executing a bench warrant at residence in the 1700 block of Abraham Street, deputies saw a firearm and suspected heroin. A search warrant was obtained, Kraus said, and deputies recovered two full loaded 9mm handguns and 75 bricks of suspected heroin from the home.
Deputies also seized a .380 caliber handgun and suspected crack cocaine while executing an arrest warrant at a home in the 1300 block of Maple Street, Kraus said.
Names of the people arrested were not released by the sheriff's office.

A 41-year-old woman was killed Saturday morning when the car she was driving collided with a Port Authority bus on Dravosburg Hill, Allegheny County police said.
Pittsburgh-McKeesport Boulevard and Richland Avenue were still closed at 12 noon as county homicide detectives investigated. Traffic was being turned around at Lebanon Church Road and at Sixth Street in Dravosburg.
The victim was identified late Saturday as Jennifer Benjock Sprowls of Dravosburg.
Allegheny County police said the wreck occurred about 8:30 a.m. in the 700 block of Pittsburgh-McKeesport Boulevard when Sprowls' car, which was headed south toward McKeesport, went out of control, striking a guardrail and then colliding with the bus.
The bus was headed toward West Mifflin Garage from McKeesport, said Port Authority spokesman Adam Brandolph. Brandolph said the bus, running on the 61C McKeesport route, was not in service at the time of the crash and no passengers were aboard.
Sprowls was pronounced dead at the scene. County police said she was not wearing a seatbelt and appeared to be talking on the phone with a co-worker at the time of the accident. Port Authority of Allegheny County police also are investigating.

Two people are dead and a third is hospitalized following a shooting this morning in lower 10th Ward.
The victims have been identified by the Allegheny County Medical Examiner’s Office as Kimberly Lesko, 55, and Melodie J. Robb, 52. Both women were pronounced dead at the scene at 3:26 a.m. today, the medical examiner’s office said.
The medical examiner’s office said the incident occured at 3:07 a.m. in a home in the 400 block of Gross Street. Upon arrival, McKeesport police found three people suffering from gunshot wounds, Allegheny County police Lt. Andrew Schurman said in a prepared statement.
The third victim, a man whose name was not released by police, was taken to the hospital. Allegheny County homicide detectives are investigating.

A West Mifflin man who once ran one of the largest mortgage brokerage businesses in the Pittsburgh area pleaded guilty this week in federal court to conspiracy to commit bank and wire fraud.
James Nassida, 49, faces up to 30 years in prison and a $1 million fine, said Soo C. Song, acting U.S. Attorney in Pittsburgh, in a prepared statement.
Sentencing before Senior U.S. District Judge Donetta Ambrose has been scheduled for Jan. 10, a spokeswoman said.
Nassida and his sister, Janna Nassida, were convicted in 2016 of conspiring to submit fraudulent mortgage applications through their business, Century III Home Equity in Baldwin.
But James Nassida was granted a new trial earlier this year after Ambrose concluded that his attorney had fallen asleep numerous times during the first trial, denying him of his right to legal representation.

More than 20 people from the Mon-Yough area have been arrested in connection with drug trafficking in Allegheny and Washington counties after a federal grand jury returned two indictments this week.
Three of the suspects named in the indictments remain at large. Eighteen of the people charged are from Clairton.
The indictments were unsealed Thursday.
In all, 27 people have been charged in connection with two separate, but related investigations into trafficking of cocaine, heroin and illegally obtained prescription narcotics, said Acting U.S. Attorney Soo C. Song in a prepared statement.
The investigations were conducted by the FBI, Pittsburgh and Allegheny County police and the Allegheny County sheriff's department, and funded by the federal Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force Program, Song said.
