Tube City Community Media Inc. is seeking freelance writers to help cover city council, news and feature stories in McKeesport, Duquesne, White Oak and the neighboring communities. High school and college students seeking work experience are encouraged to apply; we are willing to work with students who need credit toward class assignments. Port Vue Celebrates 'Fun to Be a Kid' Day Sunday

Port Vue will mark "Fun to Be a Kid Day" from 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday, a spokesperson said.
The event will be held at the Romine Avenue ball field and is free to all children who are borough residents. It includes games, activities, prizes, a free T-shirt and refreshments, and a bicycle will be raffled.
Due to inclement weather, the movie scheduled for Friday night --- "Despicable Me 3" --- was cancelled, and a make-up date will be announced.
