Family and friends of a Dravosburg woman missing for more than a month are seeking any information about her disappearance and current whereabouts.
At a press conference Friday in Munhall, the family of Heather Short said she was last seen on Nov. 6 at a residence on Third Avenue in West Mifflin, where she was visiting with friends.
Short, 46, is approximately 6 feet tall with a medium build, short blond hair, and glasses. She has a physical impairment of her right leg which causes her to walk with a limp, sometimes uses crutches.
A county police spokesman said that Short has struggled in the past with drug dependency problems.
She also has a tattoo on the left side of her neck of the word "Lynn."
Anyone with information concerning Heather Short is asked to call the Allegheny County Police Tipline, toll-free, at 1-833-ALL-TIPS (1-833-255-8477). Callers can remain anonymous.
