Tube City Community Media Inc. is seeking freelance writers to help cover city council, news and feature stories in McKeesport, Duquesne, White Oak and the neighboring communities. High school and college students seeking work experience are encouraged to apply; we are willing to work with students who need credit toward class assignments. North Versailles Slates Mother's Day Bingo, Township Cleanup Day

Mother's Day Bingo will be held Saturday (May 4) at the North Versailes Twp. community center at 1 p.m., a spokesperson said.
A township cleanup day will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. May 18. Participants are asked to meet at Crestas ball field for refreshments and the distribution of supplies. Registration is requested with the Parks and Recreation department.
