Tube City Community Media Inc. is seeking freelance writers to help cover city council, news and feature stories in McKeesport, Duquesne, White Oak and the neighboring communities. High school and college students seeking work experience are encouraged to apply; we are willing to work with students who need credit toward class assignments. Flea Market Slated Saturday at St. Stephen's

St. Stephen's Episcopal Church will host a flea market from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday (Oct. 5), a spokeswoman said.
Proceeds benefit Animal Full Life Rescue, a no-kill animal shelter located in Wilkinsburg, and the church.
Tables will be available for vendors and refreshments will be sold. The sale will be held in the undercroft (social hall) of the church, 220 Eighth Ave. at Walnut Street, next to the McKeesport post office.
Items also may be donated for sale. Any gently used item is acceptable except for clothing and electronics.
