Tube City Community Media Inc. is seeking freelance writers to help cover city council, news and feature stories in McKeesport, Duquesne, White Oak and the neighboring communities. High school and college students seeking work experience are encouraged to apply; we are willing to work with students who need credit toward class assignments. Chamber Hosting Networking Luncheon, Craft Fair

Mon Yough Area Chamber of Commerce is hosting a women's networking luncheon and craft fair from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Nov. 20 at Dave & Buster's, 180 E. Waterfront Drive, Homestead. Tickets cost $20 for members and $25 for non-members, and registration in advance is required.
The event will include open shopping from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and a buffet lunch from 12 noon to 1 p.m.
The deadline to register is Nov. 15. To purchase tickets online, visit the website.
Businesses or organizations that want to exhibit can reserve a table for $15 by calling Andrea Zober at (412) 401-6291 for more details. Exhibitors should bring business cards and marketing materials to share.
The event also will include a Chinese auction and 50/50 raffle tickets. All proceeds will benefit Auberle.
