First Church of God, 157 N. Second St., West Newton, will hold a “cookie walk” from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Dec. 14 at the church.
A spokesperson said more than 20 varieties of homemade cookies will be for sale on tables. Visitors will be invited to walk through the church hall with a box that they can fill with whichever cookies they want.
At the end, the box will be weighed and the cookies will be sold by the pound, the spokesperson said.
The church also wil be selling chocolate-covered peanut butter candies by the dozen, they said. All proceeds benefit the church.
