Tube City Community Media Inc. is seeking freelance writers to help cover city council, news and feature stories in McKeesport, Duquesne, White Oak and the neighboring communities. High school and college students seeking work experience are encouraged to apply; we are willing to work with students who need credit toward class assignments. Church Plans Election Day Bake Sale, Soup Drive

Christy Park United Methodist Church will sell homemade soup and baked goods on Election Day (April 26), a spokesperson said.
The sale will run all day while the polls are open and will include multiple different kinds of soup at $3 per bowl or $6 per quart. Baked goods also will be sold.
Items may be eaten at the church or taken "to go." The church is at 436 29th St. in Christy Park.
