Dravosburg Slates 'Holly Jolly' Celebration Dec. 2

Dravosburg will light up the holiday season beginning at 6 p.m. Dec. 2 when the borough holds its seventh-annual "Holly Jolly Christmas Celebration," a spokesperson said.
The event is at the municipal building, 226 Maple Ave. near the Mansfield Bridge.
Children who won the borough coloring contest will get to help light the borough's Christmas tree.
In addition, all kids may have their pictures taken with Santa from 6:15 to 7 p.m., and at 7 p.m. a magician will perform. There also will be fingerprinting by McKeesport police, and face-painting will be available.
Refreshments and giveaways will be available and luminary candles in bags will be available for sale. The candles are to be lit on the night of Dec. 24 in honor or in memory of a friend or loved one.
