A 72-year-old man has been reported missing from a Clairton personal care home.

Leonard Jones left the United Hands Personal Care Home on Mitchell Avenue at 9 p.m. Thursday, reportedly to visit the Fuel-On Convenience Store on Miller Avenue, Clairton police said. He has not been seen since.

Clairton police said Jones has a history of dementia and Parkinson's disease and has not taken his required medications today.

He is described by Clairton police as white, 5-feet-7, 112 pounds, with gray hair. He was last seen wearing khaki pants, a black water-repellant jacket and tennis shoes with a green glow-in-the-dark-stripe.

Anyone with information is asked to call Clairton police or Allegheny County 9-1-1.
