DUI Arrests: Glenn A. Levtzow, 36, of Ruffsdale, Westmoreland County, was charged by McKeesport police with driving under the influence of alcohol of a controlled substance, careless driving and driving with a suspended license following a traffic stop at 4:24 p.m. Sept. 27 in the 500 block of Eden Park Boulevard. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Nov. 20 before Magisterial District Judge Eugene Riazzi.

David M. Osborne, 26, of Wilmerding was charged by McKeesport police with driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substances following a traffic stop at 1:09 a.m. Oct. 8 in the 3000 block of Bowman Avenue. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Nov. 27 before Magisterial District Judge Eugene Riazzi.

Zachary E. Geissler, 24, of Port Vue was charged by McKeesport police with driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substances, driving with a suspended license, careless driving and reckless driving following a traffic stop at 2:57 a.m. Oct. 10 in the 2000 block of Patterson Avenue. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Nov. 27 before Magisterial District Judge Eugene Riazzi.

Mark Schofield Sr., 56, of McKeesport was charged by McKeesport police with driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and a moving violation following a traffic stop at 3:44 a.m. Oct. 11 in the 2000 block of Patterson Avenue. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Dec. 4 before Magisterial District Judge Eugene Riazzi.

Ryder Lewis, 19, of McKeesport was charged by McKeesport police with driving under the influence of alcohol or a controlled substance, disorderly conduct, driving with a suspended license and a moving violation following a traffic stop at 3 a.m. Oct. 15 on East Fifth Avenue. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Dec. 11 before Magisterial District Judge Eugene Riazzi. Lewis faces separate charges of driving with a suspended license filed by McKeesport police following arrests on Oct. 22 and Oct. 29, according to court records.


Robbery Charge: A 14-year-old male from Pittsburgh's Northview Heights area was charged by McKeesport police with robbery and receiving stolen property. Police said the teen-ager is accused of stealing a phone from a woman in the 200 block of Fifth Avenue at 6:14 p.m. Oct. 3. The suspect was remanded to Shuman Juvenile Detention Center.


Drug Charges: Erica Leggett, 45, of McKeesport was charged Sept. 20 by McKeesport police with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia in connection with an incident involving suspected heroin on March 31. She is being held in the Allegheny County Jail in lieu of $5,000 percentage bond pending a preliminary hearing Jan. 22 before Magisterial District Judge Eugene Riazzi.

Adam K. Droschak, 32, of West Mifflin was charged by McKeesport police with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and public intoxication following an incident at 8:36 a.m. Sept. 23 at a convenience store on East Fifth Avenue. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Nov. 20 before Magisterial District Judge Eugene Riazzi.

A 16-year-old male from McKeesport was charged by McKeesport police with possession with intent to deliver and possession of a controlled substance following an arrest at the intersection of Union and Versailles avenues at 8 p.m. Sept. 26.

Alex D. Lowry, 31, of Braddock was ordered held for court on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia following a preliminary hearing Oct. 2 before Magisterial District Judge Eugene Riazzi. Lowry was arrested Sept. 23 by McKeesport police near the corner of Meadow and Dinsmore streets. Formal arraignment is scheduled for Dec. 6 in Allegheny County Common Pleas Court. Lowry is free pending arraignment on $5,000 percentage bond.

Howard Ball Jr., 39, of McKeesport was charged Sept. 24 by McKeesport police with possession of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia in connection with an incident April 21 at a convenience store on East Fifth Avenue. Ball is free on his own recognizance pending a preliminary hearing Jan. 8 before Magisterial District Judge Eugene Riazzi.


Firearms, Assault Charges: A 16-year-old male from McKeesport was charged by McKeesport police with two counts of aggravated assault, possession of a firearm by a minor, making terroristic threats, recklessly endangering another person and simple assault following an incident at 6:13 p.m. Sept. 26 at the Harrison Village housing complex.
