Drug Charges: Jordell R. Pirl, 25, of McKeesport was charged by McKeesport police with possession of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia following an arrest at 8:35 a.m. Oct. 20 at his residence on Sumac Street. Pirl is being held in the Allegheny County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash bond pending a preliminary hearing Dec. 11 before Magisterial District Judge Eugene Riazzi.

Paris M. Carter, 26, of McKeesport was charged by McKeesport police with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and receiving stolen property following an arrest on the night of Oct. 23 at his residence on Park Street. A charge of possession with intent to deliver was withdrawn. Following a preliminary hearing Nov. 13 before Magisterial District Judge Eugene Riazzi, Carter is being held in the Allegheny County Jail in lieu of $5,000 percentage bond pending arraignment Jan. 22 in Allegheny County Court.

Ronald Ransom II, 30, of McKeesport was charged by McKeesport police on Oct. 25 with possession of a controlled substance and giving false identification to law enforcement in connection with an incident May 25, 2016. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Dec. 18 before Magisterial District Judge Eugene Riazzi.

David Ausburn, 30, of McKeesport faces formal arraignment Jan. 22 in Allegheny County Court on charges of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and simple assault following an arrest early on the morning of Nov. 5 at his residence. Ausburn waived his right to a preliminary hearing Nov. 13 before Magisterial District Judge Eugene Riazzi.


Theft Charges: Two brothers are charged by McKeesport police in connection with the theft of a rifle and 1,000 rounds of ammunition from a home on Grandview Avenue.

Jeremy Hoagland, 28, is charged by McKeesport police with receiving stolen property, reckless endangerment, possession of a controlled substance, possession of controlled substances with intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia. Joseph Hoagland, 26, is charged by McKeesport police with receiving stolen property and possession of a firearm with an altered serial number.

Both men face a preliminary hearing Nov. 27 before Magisterial District Judge Eugene Riazzi and are currently free on their own recognizance.


Robbery Charges: Two people face formal arraignment Jan. 5 in Allegheny County Court in connection with a robbery Sept. 23 in the city.

Erica Carman, 31, of Duquesne and Anthony C. Butler, 31, of White Oak are currently being held in the Allegheny County Jail in lieu of $10,000 cash bond each.

McKeesport police said that a woman called the victim on the night of Sept. 23 and asked for a ride to her home in Duquesne from the vicinity of Sixth Avenue and Huey Street. When the victim arrived, police said, the woman got into the car, along with a man, who punched the victim in the face numerous times.

The man and woman then robbed the victim and fled on foot, police said.

Carman and Butler are charged by McKeesport police with aggravated assault, robbery, conspiracy, access device fraud, simple assault, reckless endangerment and criminal mischief, and were ordered held for court following a preliminary hearing Oct. 30 before Magisterial District Judge Eugene Riazzi.


Robbery Charges: A McKeesport man is being held in the Allegheny County Jail in lieu of $25,000 cash bond in connection with the robbery of a pizza delivery driver.

Duane L. Coleman, 19, was ordered held for court following a preliminary hearing Nov. 6 before Magisterial District Judge Eugene Riazzi.

McKeesport police said a delivery driver was dispatched on the evening of Oct. 22 to a residence in the Crawford Village housing complex.

When the driver arrived and got out of his car, a man wearing a red hoodie approached him, pulled out a semi-automatic handgun and demanded the delivery. The man complied and the thief fled, police said. When the victim returned to his car, he discovered his wallet also was missing.

Coleman was arrested Oct. 27 and charged by McKeesport police with robbery, aggravated assault, carrying a firearm without a license, unlawful possession of a firearm, recklessly endangering another person and simple assault.


Robbery Charges: Savonce Williams, 19, and Koby L. Francis, 19, both of McKeesport, face formal arraignment Jan. 22 in Allegheny County Court in connection with a robbery Oct. 24.

At a preliminary hearing Nov. 13, Magisterial District Judge Eugene Riazzi ordered Williams held for court on charges of aggravated assault, robbery, receiving stolen property, criminal conspiracy and driving without a license. Francis was ordered held for court on charges of receiving stolen property, unauthorized possession of a firearm, carrying a firearm without a license and criminal conspiracy.

Court records indicate that Williams is currently free on $5,000 bond, while Francis is being held in the Allegheny County Jail in lieu of $5,000 bond.

McKeesport police said that an Abraham Street resident reported that two men visited her home to ask about an apartment for rent. When they left the house, she noticed a video game console was missing.

She confronted them as they got back into their car, police said, but the men drove away, knocking her to the ground.

When the men were arrested Oct. 25, McKeesport police said, they were in a car that had been reported stolen Oct. 19 from a residence on Porter Street in the city.


Firearms Charges: A 17-year-old male was charged by McKeesport police on Oct. 25 with possession of a firearm by a minor, receiving stolen property, possession of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. The juvenile was arrested at a residence on Flagler Street.


DUI Charge: Mark Brown, 32, of West Mifflin was charged by McKeesport police with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a suspended license and careless driving following a traffic stop at 7:25 p.m. Nov. 1 on Evans Avenue at Bridge Street. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Jan. 8 before Magisterial District Judge Eugene Riazzi.


Child Endangerment Charges: Tiffany Gall, 39, of McKeesport was charged with three counts each of endangering the welfare of children and recklessly endangering other persons following incidents at her residence Oct. 13 and Nov. 2. Gall is free on her own recognizance pending a preliminary hearing Nov. 27 before Magisterial District Judge Eugene Riazzi.


Prostitution and Drug Charges: Kaylee Ann Green, 25, of Dravosburg, was charged by McKeesport police with prostitution, possession of drug paraphernalia and loitering for the purposes of prostitution following an incident at 10:55 a.m. Oct. 19. A preliminary hearing Dec. 18 before Magisterial District Judge Eugene Riazzi.
