High school and college students seeking work experience are encouraged to apply; we are willing to work with students who need credit toward class assignments. Seats are still available for the annual Harrisburg holiday bus tour sponsored by state Rep. Bill Kortz.
A spokeswoman said the tour, which includes the Governor's Mansion and the State Capitol Building, leaves at 6:45 a.m. Dec. 4 from the parking lot of the former Macy's (Kaufmann's) at Century III Mall and is designed to give local constituents a chance to see the Christmas decorations.
The cost of the trip is $35 and all seats are first come, first served. Seats are not secured until payment is made.
Lunch is included in the price of the ticket.
