Drug Charges: Maceo B. Bell, 36, of McKeesport, was charged by McKeesport police with possession of controlled substances, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia following an incident at 2 a.m. Oct. 4 in the 3800 block of Walnut Street. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Dec. 20 before Magisterial District Judge Eugene Riazzi.

Drugs, Weapons Charges: Christopher Schrock, 24, of Braddock was charged by McKeesport police with receiving stolen property, carrying a firearm without a license, possession of controlled substances with intent to deliver, tampering with physical evidence, driving with a suspended license and driving an unregistered vehicle following a traffic stop at 8:39 p.m. Oct. 4 in the 100 block of Lysle Boulevard. He is currently free in lieu of $5,000 bond pending a preliminary hearing scheduled for Dec. 3 before Magisterial District Judge Eugene Riazzi.

Fleeing and Eluding Charges: Marcus X. Nash, 25, of McKeesport was charged by McKeesport police with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, fleeing and attempting to elude police, escape, resisting arrest and driving with a suspended license following an arrest at 10:42 p.m. Oct. 24 in the 1700 block of Soles Street. Police said officers pulled over a vehicle following a minor traffic offense on Jenny Lind Street. When officers approached the car to speak to the driver, the driver fled at a high rate of speed. The vehicle was forced to stop on Soles Street, but the driver, later identified as Nash, fought with police and had to be subdued with the use of a Taser, police said. Police recovered 24 "stamp" bags of suspected heroin from the vehicle. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Dec. 3 before Magisterial District Judge Eugene Riazzi.

Theft Charges: Jesse Waggoner, 18, of McKeesport was charged by McKeesport police with theft by unlawful taking, theft by deception, theft of lost property, criminal solicitation and criminal conspiracy following an arrest at 11:30 a.m. Oct. 21. Police allege that on Oct. 19, Waggoner and Caela Gray, 24, of McKeesport promised to give a Walnut Street man a ride to West Mifflin. Instead, police allege, the pair lured the victim to a house on Douglas Street and when he got out of the car, fled the scene, taking the victim's book bag, identification and $185 cash. Gray is charged by McKeesport police with criminal conspiracy. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Dec. 3 before Magisterial District Judge Eugene Riazzi.

Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle Charge: Taylor L. Mulholland, 22, of Elizabeth Twp. was charged by McKeesport police on Oct. 4 with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, receiving stolen property, possession of a controlled substance and giving false identification to law enforcement.

Theft, Drug Charges: Robert E. Harris, 55, of North Braddock was charged by McKeesport police with receiving stolen property, possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving a car without registration, driving without insurance, fraudulent use of a license plate and related offenses. Police said Harris was arrested following a traffic stop at 5:51 p.m. Oct. 30 near the corner of Fifth Avenue and Sinclair Street. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Dec. 10 before Magisterial District Judge Eugene Riazzi.

DUI and Related Charges: Adonis D. Jones, 27, of McKeesport was charged by McKeesport police with fleeing or attempting to elude police, resisting arrest, possession of marijiuana, possession of controlled substances, driving under the influence, failure to stop at a stop sign and careless driving following a traffic stop at 4:51 a.m. Oct. 26 in the 3400 block of Auburn Street. Jones is free in lieu of $10,000 bond pending a preliminary hearing scheduled for Dec. 17 before Magisterial District Judge Eugene Riazzi.

DUI Charges: Edward E. Houston, 49, of McKeesport was charged by McKeesport police with driving under the influence and careless driving following a traffic stop at 1:08 a.m. Oct. 13 near the intersection of Shaw Avenue and Union Street. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Dec. 3 before Magisterial District Judge Eugene Riazzi.

John R. Ciarolla, 63, of North Huntingdon Twp. was charged by McKeesport police with driving under the influence and careless driving following a traffic stop Oct. 11 in the 4700 block of Lebanon Church Road in Dravosburg. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Jan. 17 before Magisterial District Judge Richard D. Olasz Jr. in West Mifflin.

Dustin Greenwood, 27, of Rostraver Twp. was charged by McKeesport police with driving under the influence and leaving the scene of an accident following a collision at 12:56 a.m. Oct. 7 in Dravosburg. Police said the car Greenwood was driving collided with a retaining wall on Goldstrom Lane. A passenger in Greenwood's vehicle was treated at the scene by paramedics, police said. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Dec. 6 before Magisterial District Judge Richard D. Olasz Jr.

Joshua L. Skiffington, 34, of Glassport was charged by McKeesport police with driving under the influence, careless driving and driving with an open container of alcohol following a traffic stop at 3:45 p.m. Oct. 6 at the corner of 30th Avenue and Kountz Alley. Skiffington waived his right to a preliminary hearing and faces formal arraignment on the charges Jan. 16 in Allegheny County Common Pleas Court.

Lykeia Tinsley, 22, of McKeesport was charged by McKeesport police with driving under the influence, driving without a license and driving with an open container of alcohol following a traffic stop at 2:14 a.m. Oct. 4. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Dec. 10 before Magisterial District Judge Eugene Riazzi.
