Center Will Salute Region's Jazz Heritage

The McKeesport Regional History and Heritage Center will present its 10th Annual Black History Month Program at 2 p.m. on Feb. 28.
This year the center will honor past and present jazz musicians from our region, including Sonny Woods, Earl Hines, Marva Josie and others. "Please join us to learn about and celebrate their accomplishments," a spokeswoman said.
The McKeesport Regional History and Heritage Center is located at 1832 Arboretum Drive in Renziehausen Park. Programs are free and open to the public. Call (412) 678-1832 for more information.
