LifeSpan will hold a St. Patrick’s Day Party for older adults from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. March 17 at its Mon Valley Community Resource Center in Olympia Shopping Center, 4313 Walnut St., Versailles, a spokeswoman said.
Admission is $10 includes lunch, treat bags and entertainment by Steel Clover. For more information, call (412) 664-5434.
A spokeswoman said LifeSpan is also scheduling other events for local senior citizens:
• LifeSpan has discount coupons for the second-annual Pittsburgh Spring Fever Festival, 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. March 20 at Monroeville Convention Center, 209 Mall Plaza Blvd. Senior tickets cost $5.50, or with the coupon, $5.
• The Mon Valley center also holds bingo the second Saturday of every month. A $15 ticket includes 20 regular games, four specials and one jackpot, as well as a homemade cooked meal and drink. The total payout is $1,000, a spokeswoman said.
