Robbery: Two teen-age girls, ages 15 and 16, from Manor Avenue in the city were charged June 2 by McKeesport police with simple assault, robbery and criminal conspiracy in connection with an April 12 incident. Police allege they assaulted another juvenile and took her cell phone.

Drug Arrest: Daniel D. Wellhausen, 28, of White Oak was charged by McKeesport police with simple possession and possession of drug paraphernalia after an incident at 7:57 p.m. June 2 near the corner of Grandview and Versailles avenues.

Road Rage Incident: Brian Pipkins, 38, of Versailles was charged by McKeesport police with four counts each of simple assault, making terroristic threats and recklessly endangering another person and one count of possession of an instrument of crime after an incident on the evening of June 4. Police allege that earlier that evening, two vehicles were involved in a dispute near the intersection of Eden Park Boulevard and Walnut Street. During the dispute, the driver of one vehicle threatened the driver and three passengers of the other vehicle with a handgun, police said.

DUI Arrest: David Hefling Jr., 74, of McKeesport was charged by McKeesport police with driving under the influence of alcohol and being involved in an accident involving damage to an unattended vehicle or property on the evening of June 4 in the 1600 block of Jenny Lind Street. Police accuse of Hefling of being the driver of a car that crashed into a house.

Brick Throwing Incident: Darryl D. Craig, 36, of McKeesport was charged by McKeesport police with simple assault, propulsion of missiles and criminal mischief after an incident on the morning of June 6. Police allege Craig threw a brick through the window of a car during a dispute.

Drug Arrest: Raymond L. Brooks, 57, of McKeesport was charged by McKeesport police with possession of a small amount of marijuana, driving without a license and going through a stop sign after a traffic stop at 11:54 p.m. June 6 near the intersection of Evans and Beaver streets.

DUI Arrest: Karley Moller, 20, of McKeesport was charged by McKeesport police on June 9 with driving under the influence of alcohol, careless driving and underage drinking in connection with an accident on the morning of March 30 in the 700 block of Long Run Road. Police said Moller was driving a car involved in a one-vehicle accident that injured two people. The victims were treated at a local hospital, police said.

Retail Theft: Andray Feabry, 50, of McKeesport was charged June 10 by McKeesport police with retail theft in connection with an incident at a store on Versailles Avenue.

Fight: Nichelle E. Waller, 27, of Verona was charged by McKeesport police with obstructing administration of law enforcement, disorderly conduct and harassment after an incident on the night of June 10 at the Roo Bar on O'Neil Boulevard.

Disturbance: Christy Stanford, 58, of McKeesport was charged by McKeesport police with making terroristic threats, simple assault and harassment after a disturbance at 4:57 a.m. June 11 at Steelview Manor.

Theft Reported: Tracy A. Stable, 48, of McKeesport was charged June 11 by McKeesport police with theft by unlawful taking and access device fraud. Police allege that on April 22, someone entered the apartment of a person who was in the hospital and used his debit card to withdraw $920 from a checking account.

Altercation: Mark B. Ethridge, 44, of McKeesport was charged June 11 by McKeesport police with simple assault by physical menace and aggravated assault after an altercation in the 2600 block of Cronemeyer Street.

Vehicle Theft: A 15-year-old male was charged by McKeesport police with theft by unlawful taking and criminal conspiracy in connection with a car that was reported stolen. Police said the teen-ager was arrested early on June 12 near the corner of Flagler and Beech streets.

Fleeing and Eluding: Mark Schofield, 21, of McKeesport was charged June 13 by McKeesport police with fleeing and eluding police, reckless driving, driving with a suspended license, driving at unsafe speeds and careless driving in connection with a June 3 incident.

Drug Arrest: McKeesport police investigating a domestic dispute on Lee Street on the morning of June 13 confiscated nearly 400 "stamp" bags of suspected heroin, three ounces of suspected cocaine and other paraphernalia. William A. Rodgers, 38, of McKeesport was charged by McKeesport police with two counts each of possession of drugs, possession with intent to deliver and recklessly endangering another person as well as simple assault, simple assault by physical menace and two firearms violations.
