McKeesport residents will talk about their efforts to reclaim vacant lots in the city on Tuesday night (April 21) at Founders' Hall Middle School on O'Neil Boulevard.

The event begins at 6:30 p.m. and is free and open to the public.

The residents were selected and trained by the Pittsburgh-based non-profit organization GTECH Strategies to be "vacant land ambassadors." It's the first time GTECH has run the program outside of Pittsburgh.

The McKeesport residents participating in the project will explain their efforts and talk about ways that other people can get involved.

For more information, visit the GTECH website.
