Possession Arrest: Darryl L. Williams, 54, of McKeesport was charged by McKeesport police with possession of heroin, possession with intent to deliver, tampering with evidence, driving without rear lights and driving a vehicle without proper inspection after a traffic stop at 11:40 p.m. July 18 in the 1000 block of Neptune Alley. Williams was ordered held for court following a preliminary hearing July 31 before Magisterial District Judge Eugene Riazzi and faces formal arraignment Sept. 29.
Assault, Gun Charges: A 13-year-old male from Craig Street was charged by McKeesport police with aggravated assault, recklessly endangering another person, possession of a firearm by a minor and possession of an instrument of crime after an incident at 11 a.m. July 18.
Drug Charges: Larry O. Young III, 27, was charged by McKeesport police with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving with a suspended license and a moving violation following a traffic stop at 12:42 a.m. July 19 in the 2700 block of Garbett Street. Young was ordered Williams was ordered held for court following a preliminary hearing July 31 before Magisterial District Judge Eugene Riazzi and faces formal arraignment Sept. 29.
Drug Charge: Brandon T. Koeller, 26, of Leechburg, Armstrong County, was charged by McKeesport police with possession of a controlled substance and a moving violation following a traffic stop in the 700 block of Shaw Avenue at 5:20 p.m. July 13. Koeller faces a preliminary hearing Sept. 18 before Magisterial District Judge Eugene Riazzi.
Trespassing Charge: A 13-year-old male from Craig Street was charged by McKeesport police with defiant trespass, making terroristic threats and receiving stolen property following an incident July 19. The same juvenile was charged by McKeesport police the following day with aggravated assault, recklessly endangering another person, possession of a firearm by a minor and criminal mischief.
DUI Charge: Richard Hollup, 57, of White Oak was charged by McKeesport police with driving under the influence of alcohol, careless driving and driving without a license following a traffic stop at 7:20 p.m. July 22 in the 500 block of Pirl Street. Hollup faces a preliminary hearing Sept. 18 before Magisterial District Judge Eugene Riazzi.
Traffic Stop: Mark A. Mikalouski, 35, of Duquesne was charged by McKeesport police with possession of a controlled substance, driving with a suspended license and a moving violation following a traffic stop at 11:46 a.m. Aug. 4. Mikalouski faces a preliminary hearing Sept. 18 before Magisterial District Judge Eugene Riazzi.
Firearms Charges: A North Versailles Twp. man is free on $20,000 cash bond pending formal arraignment Oct. 6 in Allegheny County Court. On Aug. 7 before Magisterial District Judge Eugene Riazzi, Ryder J. Lewis, 19, waived his right to a preliminary hearing on charges filed by McKeesport police of carrying a firearm with a license, altering the identification number on a firearm, making unauthorized repairs to firearms and carrying a firearm without a license in connection with an arrest at 5:32 p.m. July 27 in the 3000 block of Boyd Street.
DUI Charge: A North Versailles Twp. man was charged by McKeesport police with driving under the influence, endangering the welfare of children, reckless driving, driving with a suspended license and recklessly endangering another person following a traffic stop at 7:07 p.m. July 27 in the 2600 block of East Fifth Avenue. Shaquan S. Reid, 21, was ordered held for court following a preliminary hearing July 27 before Magisterial District Judge Eugene Riazzi. He remains free on his own recognizance pending formal arraignment in Allegheny County Court on Oct. 6.
