Rape Reported: A 14-year-old boy from McKeesport was charged by McKeesport police with rape, sexual assault, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, indecent assault and aggravated indecent assault after the victim reported an incident to her school counselor. McKeesport police said the suspect is accused of assaulting the victim on Feb. 25 at a private residence in the city. School officials learned of the suspected assault and alerted police. The suspect was arrested April 4 at Founder's Hall Middle School and taken to Shuman Juvenile Detention Center.

DUI Charge: Shane A. Clark, 23, of East McKeesport was charged by McKeesport police with driving under the influence, driving with a suspended license and traffic offenses after a traffic stop at 2:13 a.m. June 16 near the corner of Versailles and Evans avenues.

Exposure Complaint: Herman D. Thompson, 57, of Liberty was charged by McKeesport police with indecent exposure and disorderly conduct in connection with an incident at 2:19 p.m. June 16 near the intersection of Ringgold and Fifth avenues.

DUI Charge: Nicole Lynn Emery, 28, of Munhall was charged by McKeesport police with driving under the influence of alcohol and motor-vehicle violations after a traffic stop at 5:24 p.m. June 16 on Fifth Street in Dravosburg.

Possession Charge: Trevon Page, 18, of North Versailles Twp. was charged by McKeesport police with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of drug paraphernalia after an incident in the 1700 block of East Fifth Avenue.

Fleeing Police: Shanon Williams, 23, of McKeesport was charged by McKeesport police with fleeing and attempting to elude police, driving with a suspended license and speeding after a traffic stop at 2:45 a.m. June 17 in the 400 block of Evans Avenue.

Assault Complaint: Amber Lynn Myers, 25, of Clairton was charged by McKeesport police with aggravated assault, aggravated harassment and recklessly endangering another person after an incident at 3:15 a.m. June 18 near the intersection of Fifth and Hazel streets. Police accuse her of interfering with police officers making a traffic stop.

Dispute: Paul A. Braun, 49, of McKeesport was charged by McKeesport police with making terroristic threats, carrying a firearm without a license, and possession of a prohibited offensive weapon following a domestic dispute at 1:11 p.m. June 19 in the 200 block of Fourth Avenue. Taylor Mehalcik, 20, of Dravosburg was charged by McKeesport police with making terroristic threats, harassment, simple assault and disorderly conduct in connection with the same incident.

Traffic Stop: Tyrone T. Watson, 35, of McKeesport was charged by McKeesport police with reckless driving, driving with a suspended license and possession of a firearm by a person not authorized following a traffic stop at 2:21 a.m. June 20 near the corner of East Fifth Avenue and Hartman Street.

Possession Charge: Brittany L. Bukanowski, 28, of Monongahela was charged by McKeesport police with reckless endangement and possession of drug paraphernalia after an incident at 4:19 p.m. June 20 on Grandview Avenue.

DUI Charge: Lee Cahill, 42, of Liberty was charged by McKeesport police with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a suspended license after a traffic stop at 10:56 p.m. June 21 in the 2700 block of Walnut Street.

Assault Charge: John F. Farally, 29, of McKeesport was charged by McKeesport police with aggravated assault, simple assault and disorderly conduct in connection with a fight early on June 22 in the 1700 block of Maple Street.

Robbery Report: A 15-year-old male from McKeesport was charged June 22 by McKeesport police with robbery and theft in connection with an incident on April 14. Police said a victim reported that she had her cell phone stolen by force on April 14 near the intersection of Gleason and Grandview avenues.

Possession Charge: James E. Holmes, 26, of Port Vue was charged by McKeesport police with possession of marijuana, public drunkenness and disorderly conduct after an incident at 10:30 p.m. June 21 in the 300 block of Ringgold Street.

Assault Charge: Daniel L. Bizelle Jr., 24, of McKeesport was charged by McKeesport police with simple assault and making terroristic threats in connection with an incident at 12:59 p.m. June 22 at the intersection of Library and Cornell streets.

Loitering: Jamie L. Ridge, 33, of McKeesport was charged by McKeesport police with loitering for the purpose of prostitition after an incident early on June 23 in the 1000 block of Fifth Avenue.

Harassment Charge: David P. Ward, 32, of McKeesport was charged by McKeesport police with making terroristic threats and harassment after at an incident early on June 24 at a residence on Sinclair Street.

Burglary Reported: Stephen Helzlsouer, 35, of Dravosburg was charged by McKeesport police June 24 with burglary, theft by unlawful taking and criminal mischief in connection with a break-in June 6 on Euclid Avenue in that borough. Police said the burglar forced entry to the home through a window and stole jewelry valued at $75.

Assault Charge: Jeremy M. Popp, 25, of McKeesport was charged by McKeesport police with aggravated assault, simple assault and recklessly endangering another person in connection with an incident early on June 25 in the 1800 block of Butler Street.

Underage Drinking Charge: DaVaughn Reaves, 20, of Elizabeth was charged by McKeesport police with underage drinking and disorderly conduct after an incident at 5:38 p.m. June 26 in the 800 block of Evans Avenue.

Assault Charge: Delray Brown, 20, of McKeesport was charged by McKeesport police with aggravated assault, aggravated assault of an unborn child and theft by unlawful taking after a domestic dispute at 11:10 p.m. June 27.

Prostitution Charge: Danielle D. O'Leary, 26, of Duquesne was charged by McKeesport police with prostitution after an arrest early on the morning of June 28 in the 600 block of East Park Way.

Loitering: Michael Dettis, 28, of Pleasant Hills was was charged by McKeesport police with loitering for the purpose of buying drugs after an incident at 12:42 p.m. June 28 in the 800 block of Lysle Boulevard.

Assault Charge: Cody Jon Dubyak, 29, of Buena Vista, Elizabeth Twp. was charged by McKeesport police with simple assault, terroristic threats and harassment following an incident early on June 29 at a bar on O'Neil Boulevard.

DUI Charge: Devin S. Strader, 34, of McKeesport was charged by McKeesport police with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a suspended license and causing an accident with property damage after the vehicle he was driving collided with a parked car near the intersection of Grandview and Freeland streets early on June 29.
